摘  要:针对多沙河流水库建设对自然环境和社会环境的影响问题,提出水文特征、地貌特征、流态特征、生态环境特征及社会服务功能5大要素构成的评价体系及5级评价标准,确定指标权重,并引入灰色聚类理论建立评价模型。对辽宁省多沙河流水库物理生境完整性的评价结果表明,辽宁省多沙河流水库水力过渡区物理生境完整性处于"一般"状态,生态系统遭到了一定程度的破坏。为进一步改善水库水力过渡区动植物生存空间和生活质量,后续工程建设应制定有利于生态环境的水库运作方案。In view of the impact of construction of sandy river reservoir on the natural and social environment,the evaluation system consisting of five elements of hydrological characteristics,geomorphic characteristics,flow regime characteristics,ecological environment characteristics and social service functions and 5-level evaluation standards are proposed,and the index weight is determined.Then the gray clustering theory is introduced to build the evaluation model.The evaluation result shows that the physical habitat integrity of the hydraulic transition zone of sandy river reservoir in Liaoning Province is under a "general" state,and the ecological system has suffered from a certain degree of damage.In order to further improve the living space for plants and animals and the life quality at the hydraulic transition zone of sandy river reservoir,the reservoir operation plan that benefits the ecological environment should be made during the subsequent project construction.
