摘　　要：为定量分析各影响因素对乡镇企业水污染的影响程度,以广西省乡镇企业为例,基于2002～2011年广西壮族自治区乡镇企业经济发展与水环境污染的统计数据,通过定性分析得到加剧广西乡镇企业水污染恶化的影响因素,并利用最小二乘法构建了乡镇企业污染排放综合计量模型。分析结果表明,产业结构层次低下、城市化进程加速是导致广西乡镇企业水环境日趋恶化的主要原因,调整产业结构、合理规划城市化进程、加大环保投资和乡镇区域环保管制力度是实现可持续发展的必要前提。In order to quantitatively analyze the various factors＇ influencing water pollution of township enterprises,taking township enterprises in Guangxi as an example,based on the economic development and water pollution statistical data from year of 2002 to 2011,the influencing factors aggravating water pollution of township enterprises are obtained by qualitative analysis.And then the least square method is used to establish the comprehensive measurement model of the township enterprises＇ pollution emissions.The results show that the low level of industrial structure and rapid urbanization is the main reason leading to the deterioration of water environment for Guangxi township enterprises.The adjustment of industrial structure,rational planning of city urbanization,increasing investment in environmental protection and strengthening regional environmental regulation is a necessary prerequisite for the sustainable development.
