摘 要:为解决水电人工砂石骨料系统干法生产工艺中第二、第三筛分系统及中细破碎系统的调节料场振动给料机下料口粉尘污染严重、治理技术中存在的问题,以锦屏三滩人工砂石骨料生产系统为例,根据第二筛分调节料场廊道粉尘污染情况,分析了产尘机理及粉尘的基本特性,依据气固两相流理论,运用CFD软件对粉尘运移规律和浓度分布进行数值模拟。结果表明,模拟结果与现场实测数据基本接近,从而为改善控尘技术提供参考。In order to solve the problem of dust serious pollution and management technology in dry process production technology of hydropower artificial aggregate system in the second and third screening system,fine crushing system in adjustment yard vibrating feeder chute,taking Santan artificial aggregate production system as an example,according to the dust pollution situation of the second adjustment yard gallery,the mechanism of producing dust and the dust basic characteristics are analyzed.Based on the theory of two-phase gas-solid flow,the dust migration raw and concentration distribution is simulated by using the CFD software.It shows that the simulated result is basically close to the measured data.Thus,it provides reference for improving the control technology of the dust.
