摘  要:为了降低输水管道水锤事故的危害程度,针对石家庄市某旅游区输水管网现状,采用HAMMER软件模拟两阶段线性缓闭多功能水泵控制阀时管道内的压力数据变化,优化多功能水泵控制阀的参数设定,研究了多功能水泵控制阀不同的缓闭方案对输水管道水锤现象的防护效果。结果表明,多功能水泵控制阀在第一阶段5s缓闭90%开度、第二阶段90s缓闭100%开度时,管道内最高水锤压力线平稳下降,最低水锤压力线明显提升,在管道末端最大负压值为-3.2m,满足管道工作要求,可见多功能水泵控制阀合理的缓闭能有效对水锤进行防护。To reduce the damage of water hammer accident,taking the water pipe situation of a tourist area in Shijiazhuang City for an example,two-phase linear closed multifunctional water pump control valve was simulated by HAMMER to get the pressure data in the pipe.And then the parameter setting of multifunctional water pump control valve was optimized.Finally,the effect of different scheme of closing multifunctional water pump control valve on water hammer protection was studied.The results show that the multifunctional water pump control valve was shut down 90%opening in 5seconds at the first-phase and 100% opening in 90 seconds at the secondary-phase,the highest water hammer pressure in the pipe line dropped steadily,and the minimum water hammer pressure line improved significantly,the largest negative pressure of the pipe ends was-3.2m,which met the requirements of pipe work.The reasonable closing of multifunctional water pump control valve can effectively achieve the water hammer protection.
