摘 要:为合理规划配电网接线方式,以接线方式的安全性和适应性为约束条件,将可靠性指标折算为经济性指标加入到经济规划问题中进行城市中压配电网典型接线方式的可靠性经济分析,首先给出了考虑可靠性经济成本的配电网规划模型,然后阐述了中压配电网的可靠性经济成本,在此基础上给出了可靠性、经济性、安全性和适应性等指标的评价方法,以接线方式的单位负荷可靠性经济成本最低为规划目标,得出了推荐的城市中压配电网典型接线方式,对城市中压配电网规划有一定的指导意义。To rationally planning the connection mode of distribution network,the reliability economic analysis of typical connection modes of urban middle-voltage distribution network(UMVDN)is done by taking the reliability index of each connection mode into economic value within constraints of security and adaptability.Firstly,the planning model of distribution network is presented considering the economical reliability cost.And then,the economical reliability cost of middle-voltage distribution network is expounded.Based on the planning mode and the economical reliability cost,the evaluation method of reliability,economy,security,and adaptability is given under typical connection modes.The recommended connection mode of UMVDN is obtained by taking the lowest cost of economical reliability as the planning objective.The study has some guiding significance for UMVDN planning.
