摘  要:综述了高转速、低钻压、大泵量条件下,全面钻进孕镶金刚石钻头的应用及研究现状。并将钻头的研磨性磨损和冲蚀性磨损的本质类比于金刚石的碎岩过程,得出了各工艺参数对岩石破碎、胎体磨损和金刚石磨损的影响。结果表明:在岩石破碎过程中,转速影响最为显著,其次为钻压,最后为泵量;就胎体磨损而言,泵量影响最大,钻压最小;在金刚石磨损过程中,转速和泵量均有较大影响,而钻压影响最小。Applying and research status of comprehensive drilling with impregnated diamond bit at rotate speed/low wob/large pump output was reviewed. A "calculus" rock breaking model under the drilling condition had been put forward preliminarily, with the nature of abrasive wear and bit corrosion compared to rock breaking process. Results showed that during rock breaking, rotation speed mattered the most, followed by wob and pump output. And when it came to matrix wear, the rank would be pump output, rotation speed and wob, from most influential to least. In diamond wear, rotation speed and pump output both had higher effect than wob.
