摘  要:本实验建立了离子色谱法测定饲料中水溶性氯化物含量的方法。饲料样品经水提取后,采用阴离子分析柱(Metrosep A Supp 4-250/4.0),以3.2mmol/LNa2CO3+1.0mmol/LNaHCO3为淋洗液,流速为1.0mL/min,进行样品分析。结果表明,氯离子浓度为4~100μg/mL时,线性相关系数在O.999以上,方法检出限为0.04μg/g;采用高、中、低不同浓度加标回收,回收率为91.7%-100.2%。该方法操作简便易行,准确度及灵敏度高,且大批量样品检测省时省力。This experiment established a method for the content determination of the water soluble chloride in feed by ion chromatography.The samples were extracted by water, then were carried out on a metrosep A supp 4-250/4.0 anion analysis column using 3.2 mmol/L Na2CO3 and 1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3 as eluent solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The resuits showed that the correlation coefficient was above 0.999 in the range of 4 - 100 μg/mL,and the detection limit was 0.04 μg/g.The recovery rate was in the range of 91.7% - 100.2% by adding different concentrations of standard substance. In conclusion ,this method was operated easily,with very high sensitive and reliable characteristic ,and it was skillful and efficient for determination of large batches of samples.
