摘 要:MOOCs的兴起代表又一波开放课程资源建设的热潮到来,教学(学习)资源建设的重要性进一步提高,原创性教学资源制作需求提高,教育技术工作人员的重要性和参与度提高,也对教学环境提出新要求,给高校教育技术中心发展带来机遇。而当前高校教育技术中心存在职能涵盖过于宽泛,定位不够明确,服务被动,不能深入教学等问题。面对新形势,高校教育技术中心应该抓住机遇,明确职能,挖掘潜力,主动服务,成为教学环境规划、建设与管理的主导者,教学资源建设的引领者和教育理念的推广者,同时通过承担教学和科研任务,来提升人才队伍的素质,提高服务的合理化和科学化水平,在高校教育信息化进程中站在主导位置。A new open course resources construction wave has emerged with the rise of Moocs,which highlights the importance of teaching resources or learning resources construction,and also means a greater demand for original teaching resources,as well as the increased necessity and participation of educational technicians. At the same time,the boom has also put forward new requirements for more efficient teaching environments and meanwhile brought opportunities for the development of education technology center. However,now there are some problems in the function of education technology center,for example,its functions and orientation are broad but vague,its service is usually lagging and passive,and it can hardly assist teaching efficiently,etc. Therefore,the education technology center should be a leader in the plan,construction and management of the teaching environment,a guider in the construction of teaching resources and a spreader of education ideas by means of seizing the opportunities,defining the functions,exploiting the potentials and offering initiative service. Besides,by undertaking the task of teaching and researching,it is supposed to improve the quality of its personnel,enhance the level of rational and scientific service,and play a dominant role in the process of education informatization in the higher education institutions.
