摘　　要：介绍了北方铜业有限公司某冶炼厂炼铜转炉生产的工艺流程以及Emerson公司Delta V控制系统的主要特点,详细阐述了该转炉自动控制系统的硬件组态及控制功能。实践证明,基于Delta V平台的转炉控制系统完全满足转炉生产的需要,取得了良好的效果。The paper introduces the producing process of converter for copper smelting in copper smelter of Northern Copper Co.,Ltd. and the main characteristic of Delta V control system of Emerson,detail elaborates the hardware configuration and control functions of the converter automatic control system. It has been proved that control system based on the Delta V platform for converter of copper smelting meets the needs of production converter fully,and achieves good results.
