摘　　要：JKSimMet属于碎磨流程模拟软件,是选矿工艺设计和优化的重要工具。介绍了JKSimMet软件的发展过程,理论知识,概述了该软件使用的方法和步骤。通过在某铜矿选矿厂半自磨工艺的优化案例,探讨了JKSimMet在选矿工艺优化中的作用以及应用前景。JKSimMet is crushing and grinding process simulation software,and it is an important tool for the design and optimization of ore dressing process. This paper introduces the development process,the knowledge of theory,the methods and steps of JKSim Met software. Based on the case about optimizing semi-autogenous grinding mill in a copper ore concentrator,the role and application prospects of JKSimMet in the optimization of mineral processing are discussed.
