摘　　要：福建海域为亚热带水域,海水养殖业在福建沿海地区经济建设中发挥了重要作用,但海水养殖业科技成果转化率不到20%。金融支持海水养殖业科技成果转化的机制不完善,极大的限制了海水养殖业发展。因此,了解影响海水养殖业科技成果转化对接的金融支持制约因素,积极探索和研究行之有效的应对机制,对于促进福建沿海地区海水养殖业持续、健康、快速发展以及渔区的和谐与稳定具有重要的现实意义。The sea area of Fujian province belongs to subtropical waters. Marine aquaculture industry has played an important role in the economic development of Fujian coastal areas,whereas the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements of marine aquaculture industry is less than 20%. The imperfection of financial support mechanism for the transformation greatly limits the development of aquaculture. Therefore,to make sense of the influencing factors of financial support,studying and exploring the effective coping mechanism has important practical significance for promoting development in a sustainable,healthy and rapid way,and guaranteeing the harmony and stability of marine aquaculture in Fujian coastal areas.
