摘　　要：针对国际工程项目承包风险评价问题,从政治、经济、社会环境、自然环境、技术、管理6个方面建立风险评价指标体系,构建AHP和灰色多层次相结合的国际水电承包项目风险的综合评价模型,以博茨瓦纳水电工程为例进行风险评价和分析,以便为我国水电承建企业进行风险评价和管理决策提供理论依据。A risk evaluation index system of international hydropower contracting projects is built from six aspects of politics,economy,social environment,natural environment,technology and management. The risk evaluation method for international hydropower contracting projects is put forward based on AHP and grey hierarchy evaluation. The paper takes the Dikgatlhong hydropower project as an example and conducts a risk evaluation study,which can provide theoretical basis for risk assessment and management decisions for hydropower contracting enterprise in China.
