摘　　要：在对平台类WEEE回收模式相关利益主体分析基础上,研究C2B下WEEE回收模式运作流程,信息流、物流及资金流流转过程,平台收入支出及回收系统运行机制,并以现行某回收网站为例进行实证分析,明确其运行机制中存在的问题和解决问题的对策及建议,指出基于C2B的WEEE网络平台回收模式对我国建立正规高效新型WEEE回收模式具有重要意义。This paper introduced the platform type of WEEE recycling mode by considering the composition and relationship of main benefit parties. Then,it analyzed the recycling mode operation processes of WEEE network platform based on C2 B,the transfer process of information flow,logistics,capital flow,the income and expenditure,and the operation mechanism of recycling system. Finally,it gave an example of recycling website,proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to the problems in the operating mechanism,pointed out that the recycling mode of WEEE network platform based on C2 B is of great significance for our country to establish formal efficiency new WEEE recycling pattern.
