摘 要:介绍了单试样柔度法的基本原理,并系统对比分析了该方法在不同断裂韧性测试技术中的应用情况。单试样柔度法是利用弹性柔度技术通过1个试样得到断裂韧性阻力曲线上多个点的试验方法。单试样柔度法理论基础强,计算过程复杂,涉及到测试柔度校正、裂纹扩展尺寸计算、断裂韧性公式推导等内容。健全和完善单试样柔度技术,有利于推动各种断裂韧性测试方法的发展,有利于更加便捷、准确的获得管线钢及环焊缝的断裂韧性值,对管线钢焊接技术的发展和环焊缝性能评估具有重要意义。It introduced the basic principle of the single sample compliance method in this article. Furthermore, the application of this method in different fracture toughness test was systematically contrasted and analyzed. The single sample compliance method used elastic compliance technology to obtain different data points in fracture toughness resistance curve by one test sample. This method is with strong theoretical foundation, the calculation process is complex, involves test compliance correction, crack propagation size calculation and fracture toughness formula derivation, etc. To improve and perfect the single sample compliance method is beneficial to promote the development of all kinds of fracture toughness test method, is conducive to conveniently and accurately obtain the fracture toughness value of pipeline steel and circumferential weld, which is with great significance for pipeline steel welding technology development and circumferential weld performance evaluation.
