摘　　要：本文在总结山东省威海市两所"985工程"高校图书馆为社会服务的基础上,根据区域文化建设中实际需求,在国内各系统图书馆联盟条块分割不能共建的情况下,提出了通过区域跨系统图书馆联盟方式构建威海市全域信息资源保障体系的基本思路。Based on the summary of service for society of two＂985Project＂university libraries of Weihai,Shandong,according to the actual demand of regional culture construction,and in the environment of domestic libraries alliances cannot be co-construction,this paper puts forward the basic idea of building global information resources security system in Weihai using the regional cross system library alliance construction mode.
