摘　　要：本文通过对新市民文化素质的现状分析,论述了图书馆在提高新市民文化素质中的重要作用,以及图书馆主动服务于新市民文化素质教育,并努力为新市民提供终身教育服务的保障。Through the analysis of cultural quality education of new citizen,this paper studies the important role of library in the improvement of cultural quality education of new citizen,and puts forward the strategies of serving the cultural quality education of new citizen actively and the lifelong education for them.
