矿山应急救援对救护队员血象的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨职业应急救援对矿山救护队员血常规各项指标的影响,为保护职业应急救援人员身心健康提供科学依据。方法收集2011年开滦医疗(集团)有限责任公司444名救护队员的健康检查资料,内容包括白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数等,同时调查救护队员的患病情况,分析救护队员的身体健康状况及其与救援工龄及训练的关系,探讨救援工作对救护队员血象的影响。结果不同工龄救护队员的白细胞、中性粒细胞比例、淋巴细胞比例及单核细胞比例的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),工龄越长,白细胞计数越高。工龄≥10a组白细胞计数最高;工龄<5a组中性粒细胞比例最低,淋巴细胞比例最高;工龄≥10a组单核细胞比例最低。参与训练人员红细胞和白细胞数量明显低于不参加训练的人员,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急救人员血小板计数和中性粒细胞比例高于救护和后勤人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论矿山应急救援对救护队员血象有一定影响。Objective To explore the effects of occupation on the indexes of emergency rescue team of blood routine examination,in order to provide scientific basis for the protection of occupation health emergency personnel.Methods Among 444 ambulance crews from the Kailuan Medical（Group）Limited Liability Company in 2011,data on physical examination physical examination including white blood cell,red blood cell,platelet count,and health status was collected,The health condition of the rescue team and its relationship with the rescue service,rescue times and training were analysed to explore the influence of the rescue team rescue of blood.Results It was found that the leukocytes,neutrophils,lymphocytes and the ratio of the proportion of monocyte proportion had statistically significant differences among different service length of the ambulance crew.The longer length of service,higher white blood cells were found.White blood cells in the group ≥10 working years were highest;and in the group of 5working years neutrophil percentage was the lowest but the highest proportion of lymphocytes.In the groups of10 working years monocyte proportion was lowest.Number of red blood cells and white blood cells was significantly lower in the staff participating in the training compared to those who did not participate in the training,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Plateletand neutrophil proportion of emergency personnel was higher than that of the aid and support staff,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusions There is certain influence on the ambulance crew hemogram mine emergency rescue work.
