摘  要:目的 探讨国家矿山应急救援开滦基地救援人员的职业应激与肾损伤的关系,为预防职业危害提供科学依据。方法 采用开滦医疗有限责任公司2011年职业健康检查的444名队员的肾功能指标进行分析。结果 工龄≥10a的救援队员尿素氮(BUN)水平为(5.80±1.37)mmol/L,工龄〈5a的救援队员BUN水平为(5.48±1.23)mmol/L,工龄5~10a的救援队员BUN水平为(5.43±1.50)mmol/L,工龄≥10a的救援队员BUN水平高于工龄〈10a者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);救援队员的尿酸(UA)为(337.19±101.16)μmol/L,急救人员UA为(308.58±119.22)μmol/L,后勤人员UA为(290.78±85.45)μmol/L,救援队员的UA水平高于急救和后勤人员,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 救援职业应激可导致肾脏发生疲劳性损伤,但无严重实质性肾损伤。Objective To study relationship between occupational stress and renal injury of emergency rescuers in national base of Kailuan Mine in order to provide the theory basis of preventing the occupational hazard.Methods Data on renal function of 444 emergency rescuers from occupational health examination in the Kailuan Medical Company in 2011 was used to the study.Results The BUN levels of the rescuers with more than 10 working years was(5.80±1.37)mmol/L,less than 5working years was(5.48±1.23)mmol/L,and 5-10 working years was(5.43±1.50)mmol/L.The BUN levels of the rescuers with more than 10 working years was obviously higher than those with less than 10 years,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The UA level of the rescuers was higher than that of emergency and support staff and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The UA levels of the rescuers,the emergency and the support staff were(337.19±101.16)μmol/L,(308.58±119.22)μmol/L,and(290.78±85.45)μmol/L,respectively.The UA level of the rescuers was higher than that of emergency and support staff and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusions The occupational stress can lead to fatigue damage of renal but less serious substantial damage.
