摘 要:采用锯末强化SBR工艺处理屠宰场废水进行了研究,考察锯末用量、曝气时间、沉淀时间对处理效果的影响。结果表明:投加锯末可以明显改善污泥性能,提高处理效果。锯末/SBR系统处理屠宰场废水过程中,最佳工艺为w(锯末):w(污泥)为2:10,曝气6h,沉淀40min。在此工艺下,进水COD在486~2546mg/L,BOD5在186-1055mg/L、NH3-N在18.5-32.8mg/L之间变化时,锯末/SBR系统运行稳定,平均去除率分别达94.64%、94.34%、96.72%,比单纯SBR系统分别提高17.08%、12.85%、15.69%。进水COD在486~1459mg/L,BOD5在186-604mg/L、NH3-N在18.5-32.8mg/L时,出水水质可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级标准。The treatment of slaughterhouse waste water by sawdust enhanced SBR reactor process was studied, and the effect of sawdust dosage, aeration time and sedimentation time on the treatment efficiency was investigated. Results indicated that adding sawdust could significantly improve the performance of sludge and the treatment effect. The optimum conditions were as follows:the sawdust dosage was 2:10 (w(sawdust):w(active sludge)), aeration time was 6h and sedimentation time was 40min.Under such conditions,the Sawdust/SBR reactor was stable when the COD,BOD5,NH3-N of inflow water ranged from 486 mg/L to 2546 mg/L, 186 mg/L to 1055 mg/L and 18.5 mg/L to 32.8 mg/L respectively. The average removal rate of COD, BOD5 and NH3-N were 94.64%, 94.34%, 96.72%, which were increased by 17.08%, 12.85%, 15.69% than SBR respectively.The effluent quality could meet the first-order of "Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal waste water treatment plant"(GB 18918-2002) when the COD,BOD5,NH3-N of inflow water ranged from 486 mg/L to 1459 mg/L, 186 mg/L to 604 mg/L and 18.5 mg/L to 32.8 mg/L respectively.
