摘　　要：SF6全封闭式组合电器(GIS)设备,是一种新兴的电器设备,具有较高科技含量,运行安全,占地面积小;但维护工作复杂,技术要求高,工艺严谨,如有渗漏等现象对人、环境及安全运行都存在极大的危害,必须及时的查找,确定并处理;那就必须有一套经济、科学的办法,来保证设备的安全运行。SF6 gas insulated switchgear （GIS） equipment is a kind of burgeoning high-tech equipment with high security and less occupied area. But the maintenance is complex with high technical requirements and rigorous process. Its leakage will do great harm to human, environment and safe operation of the equipment, so the locating, determination and treatment of leakage is very important. Therefore, an economic and scientific method to ensure the safe operation of the equipment is necessary.
