摘　　要：合作社价值观是合作社事业存在和发展的基石,当前合作社存在的很多问题,其根源都在于背离了自主、自助、诚信、社会责任、关心他人等最最核心的合作社价值。合作社价值观式微的原因在于社会转型期信仰缺失和价值观混乱、对价值观重视不够、宣传教育不足,集体主义价值观和圈子文化为主要特点的村社文化以及合作社带头人的思想素质较低等。促进合作社事业持续健康发展,加强以价值观为核心的合作社文化建设,必须全面加强合作社文化内涵和体系的研究,分层深化对于合作精神、合作社价值观的宣传教育,清理整顿违反合作社价值观的不规范合作社,选树合作社文化建设的先进典型,充分发挥榜样的示范作用。The cooperative values are the cornerstone of the development of cooperatives. There are many problems in the present cooperatives which are caused by the deviation from the cooperative values of self-responsibility,selfhelp,honesty,social responsibility and caring for others,etc. The decline of cooperative values is caused by the lack of beliefs and values in the social transition period,lack of education,collective values,the village culture with the characteristics of circle culture,and the limitation of cooperative leaders＇ qualities. Countermeasures to promote the sustained and healthy development of cooperatives and strengthen the construction of the cooperative culture with values as the core are as follows： to strengthen the researches on the connotation and system of cooperative culture,deepen the education on cooperation spirits and cooperative values,rectify the non-standard cooperatives which violate the cooperative values,set up advanced models of cooperatives＇ cultural construction,and give full play to the exemplary role of the models.
