摘　　要：高校辅导员是高校落实党和政府以及社会各界对贫困生资助工作的主要参加者和实施者,要树立"育人为本、应助尽助"的工作理念,认真贯彻落实国家和学校贫困生资助政策,科学开展资助育人工作,努力维护贫困生权益,为促进贫困生和谐全面发展发挥作用。The Party,the Government and all sectors of society deliver financial aids to needy college students mainly through College advisors.To do the job well,advisors must have a people-oriented work philosophy and give the right amount of financial aids to the right students.They must be serious in implementing the State and the school policies on the funding of poverty-stricken college students and work hard to safeguard their interests and facilitate their harmonious and integrated development.
