摘　　要：针对当前大学生精神状况堪忧、精神危机频频出现和精神家园丧失的现状,高校辅导员应勇于承担责任,在工作中加强精神关怀。通过开展精神关怀课程,加强团体精神关怀,通过心理咨询和思想咨商实施个体精神关怀,以改善当代大学生的精神状况、缓解精神危机和建构精神家园,增强精神关怀的实效性。Nowadays it is not rare for college students to be in troubled mental conditions.They frequently experience mental crisis and feel spiritually lost.Advisors must take the responsibility and show more spiritual concern for students.In order to help students improve their mental conditions,cope with their mental crisis and find their spiritual home,college advisors must open spiritual care courses to students as a group and give more spiritual care to individual students while offering them psychological and ideological counseling.
