双醋瑞因联合复方倍他米松关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察双醋瑞因联合复方倍他米松关节腔注射对膝骨关节炎的治疗效果并对其安全性进行评估。方法:将95例膝骨关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为两组,在常规治疗基础上,试验组48例采用双醋瑞因联合复方倍他米松关节腔注射治疗,对照组47例采用对乙酰氨基酚联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗。治疗12周及结束6个月后,对治疗效果与安全性进行评定。结果:两组均能改善静息痛、6 min步行痛、关节压痛、关节肿胀、关节活动度;两组近期疗效及远期疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:两种治疗方法对膝骨关节炎均有较好疗效,双醋瑞因联合复方倍他米松关节腔注射治疗更有优越性。Objective： To observe clinical therapeutic effect of the cooperation of Diacerein and Compound Betamethasone Injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and assess the safety.Method： 95 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups stochastically. The experimental group of 48 patients was treated with Diacerein combined with Compound Betamethasone Injection, the control group of 47 patients was treated with Glucosamine sulfate capsules combined with Paracetamo｜ Sustained-Release tablets.The two groups apply drugs continuously for 12 weeks, then the curative effect and safety were observed.Result： The experimental and control groups can improve rest pain, pain on 6-minute walking, joint tenderness, joint swelling, joint activity. There were statistically significant difference in short-term and long-term efficacy between the two groups （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion： There is effective in treating Knee Osteoarthritis in the two groups.The therapy of combination of Diacerein and Compound Betamethasone Injection has sure effect for treating knee osteoarthritis.
