双腔水囊在治疗产后出血中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨双腔水囊压迫治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年9月-2014年8月产后出血患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。所有患者给予缩宫素和其他常规止血治疗,观察组在此基础上给予简易双腔水囊压迫止血,观察两组产后出血量、止血时间及住院日。结果 :观察组产后出血量、止血时间和住院日均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 :双腔水囊压迫止血简单易行,疗效可靠并且节约资源。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of double lumen balloon on postpartum hemorrhage. Methods：One hundred and twenty cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage during September, 2010 to August, 2014 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 60 cases each. Oxytocin and other treatment were applied in two groups and in addition, double lumen balloon was applied in the observation group. Bleeding volume, hemostasis time and hospitalization time were observed. Results： The indications mentioned above were significantly less in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Double lumen balloon is easy to be used with reliable curative effect and low cost.
