摘 要:标准GB/T4272-2008《设备及管道绝热技术通则》、GB/T8175-2008《设备及管道绝热设计导则》、SH/T3010-2013《石油化工设备和管道绝热工程设计规范》、GB50264-2013《工业设备及管道绝热工程设计规范》规定了平面型和圆筒型最大冷损失下保冷层厚度计算公式,并未提及球罐最大允许冷损失下保冷层厚度计算公式。根据球罐热传递模型、稳定传热条件及热平衡原理,对球罐最大允许冷损失下保冷层厚度计算公式进行推导,分别按是否忽略球罐内表面换热的情况对该公式进行简化,并依据现行标准相关规定初步确定了球罐最大允许冷损失量的取值及调整原则。同时也推导了现行标准已规定的球罐防结露保冷层厚度计算公式,进一步推导了不忽略内表面换热的球罐防结露保冷层计算公式,并对该公式中保冷层表面温度的取值问题进行分析。The standards of"General Specifications of Thermal Insulation Technologies for Equipment and Pipes"GB / T4272-2008,"Guidelines for Thermal Insulation Design of Equipment and Pipes' GB / T8175- 2008 and"Codes for Engineering Design of Thermal Insulation for Petrochemical Equipment and Pipes"SH / T3010- 2013 and"Codes for Engineering Design of Thermal Insulation for Industrial Equipment and Pipes"GB50264- 2013 have specified the formula for calculating the cold insulation thickness for maximum cold loss. Whereas,the formula for calculating the cold insulation thickness of spherical tanks at maximum allowable cold loss condition has not been mentioned. In this paper. The formula for calculating the cold insulation thickness of spherical tanks was derived according to the heat transfer model,steady heat transfer conditions and principals of heat balance. The calculation formula was respectively simplified according to whether or not neglecting the heat exchange of internal surface. Values and adjustment principles of the maximum allowable cold loss was defined according to the current applicable codes and standards. In addition,the formula for calculating anti- condensation cold insulation thickness of spherical tank was derived,which has been specified in current standards. The calculation formula was further derived in the case of not neglecting the internal side heat exchange. The value for the outer surface temperature of the thermal insulation layer was studied.
