摘  要:针对某炼化企业加氢装置多处发生腐蚀问题,为了确保塔顶缓蚀剂的注入效果,对几种日常注入的6种缓蚀剂进行评价筛选。通过实验室模拟腐蚀环境,采用电化学极化曲线法测定不同种类的缓蚀剂在腐蚀介质溶液中的腐蚀电流密度,通过塔菲尔斜率推算出缓蚀率,从而评价缓蚀剂注入效果。缓蚀剂的缓蚀率排序:多硫化钠复合剂(81.62%)>2号缓蚀剂(81.57%)>1号缓蚀剂(53.02%)>1:1缓蚀剂(21.92%)>D3201缓蚀剂(13.73%)>1:6.5缓蚀剂(-83.28%)。6 different inhibitors were evaluated and screened to ensure the effects of corrosion inhibition at the tower overhead and solve the corrosion problems in a large number of locations of a hydrogenation unit. Corrosive environment was simulated in laboratory, the corrosion current density of different corrosion inhibitors in corrosive media was measL, red by electro - chemical polarization curves, and corrosion inhibition rate was calculated with Tafel slope so as to evaluate the effect or corrosion inhibitor injection. The corrosion inhibitors' performances are as follows: polysulfide (81.62c/c) 〉 2# pure agent (81.57%) 〉 1# pure agent (53.02%) 〉 1:1 inhibitor (21.92%) 〉 D3201inhibitor (13.73%) 〉 1:6.5 inhibitor (-83.28%).
