摘 要:设计了一种简便的常减压塔顶油溶性缓蚀剂室内评价方法,对四种商业化的油溶性缓蚀剂进行了评价,分别对缓蚀率、腐蚀挂片的表面光泽、挂片后腐蚀溶液的p H值进行了对比。研究发现,随着缓蚀剂加注量的增加,缓蚀率先增加,然后基本维持不变或略降低。有较高缓蚀率的缓蚀剂,其腐蚀挂片表面呈现金属光泽,且腐蚀后的腐蚀液p H值较低。经综合评价,HYH-011的缓蚀效果最好,缓蚀率达到94%,实践证明,该室内评价方法准确可行。The simple indoor evaluation method of oil- soluble corrosion inhibitor for crude distillation tower has been developed,and the four commercial oil- soluble corrosion inhibitors have been evaluated,and compared in respect of the inhibition? rate,corrosion coupon surface gloss and p H value of corrosion solution. The study found that,with the increase of corrosion inhibitor dosage,the corrosion inhibition rate was increasing first and then remained unchanged or went down a little bit. With application of corrosion inhibitor of higher corrosion inhibition rate,the corrosion coupon surface was rendered with metallic luster,and p H value of corrosive liquid was low. The comprehensive evaluation concluded that HYH- 011 corrosion inhibitor offers the best corrosion inhibition performance and the corrosion rate is over 94%. It is an effective corrosion inhibitor for commercial application. The indoor evaluation method has been proven to be accurate and feasible.
