北京市某医疗联合体医务人员积极性调查问卷的信效度分析

摘　　要：目的:评价"医疗联合体中医务人员积极性调查问卷"的信度和效度,判断其是否适用于相应研究。方法:在文献研究及专家咨询的基础上,以北京市某医疗联合体各成员单位中开展联合的科室为基本单位,把各单位科室中的270名医务人员为研究对象,向其发放问卷进行调查并应用Excel2007、SPSS15.0等软件进行相应统计学分析。结果:问卷共19个分析题项,总体Cronbach’s系数为0.878,各维度Cronbach’s系数均大于0.7。各题项与题项总体相关系数介于0.237-0.707之间。因子分析共提取4个公因子,累计贡献率为61.425%,各题项在相应因子上的负荷大于0.5。结论:问卷的信效度较好,可用于"医疗联合体中医务人员积极性"的调查研究。Objective： To make a reliability and validity analysis on the questionnaire about the medical staffs＇ enthusiasm in the medical association and to know whether it is suitable for the corresponding research. Methods： Take the running department as the basic unit and hand out the questionnaires to their 270 staffs to do the research on the basis of reading literatures and consulting experts. Results： The Cronbach＇s of the questionnaire was 0. 878 and all the dimensions Cronbach ＇s coefficient were above0. 7. The correlation coefficient of each item and overall was between 0. 237 and 0. 707. Factor analysis showed the cumulative contribution rate was 61. 4% of four factors and the load of each item on the corresponding factor was above 0. 5. Conclusion： This questionnaire has a relatively good reliability and validity for the research on the enthusiasm of the medical staff in a medical association.
