摘　　要：对影响区域卫生信息化的因素进行整体结构分析,找出因素间的层次和影响结构,为完善区域卫生信息化现状提供科学指导。通过专家咨询法得出17个区域卫生信息化影响因素,采用系统工程学的解释结构模型法对因素进行科学分析。经过建立要素表、邻接矩阵A求得可达矩阵M、区域划分与级别划分、绘制阶级有向图5个步骤,发现17个因素分布在4个等级,且因素间相互关联。在区域卫生信息化的建设过程中,要善于从表象因素找到根本因素,从而才能找到改善区域卫生信息化的有效方法。Analysis factors which influence regional health information on the overall structure,identify the level and impact structure among factors and provide scientific guidance to improve regional health information. Consulting experts on the preliminary results of 17 regional health information influencing factors,use systems engineering interpretative structural model method to analyze. Through the establishment of system elements table,the adjacency matrix A,obtained reachable matrix M,zoning and division level and the mapping class digraph five steps and found17 factors distributed over four levels,and the correlation between factors. Finally found that： In the area of health information construction process,from the appearance factors to find root factors,and thus be able to find the effective ways to improve health information technology.
