“90后”医学生医德教育探析

摘　　要："90后"医学生是当前高等医学院校大学生的主体,是我国未来医疗卫生事业的接班人,其医德素质直接关系到我国医疗卫生事业的健康发展。从"90后"医学生的思想行为特征入手,立足于实际情况,深入分析影响"90后"医学生思想行为的因素主要来自社会、医疗、学校和家庭环境,认为新时期加强"90后"医学生的医德教育,必须从其自身特点出发,尊重其个性发展规律,转变医德教育观念,坚持以学生为本的教学理念,创新医德教育方法,优化医德教育环境,才能提高医德教育的实效性。Medical university students of the post 90 s are the main body of the medical university nowadays; they are the successors of the medical and public health undertakings of our country. The quality of their medical ethics is directly related with the development of the medical and public health undertakings of our country. Starting from the point of the characteristics of the thoughts of the post 90 s and based on their actual situation,this paper deeply analyzes the elements,which come from the society,medical system,schools and the families,that affect the thoughts and behavior of them. This paper deems that,in the new era,in order to enhance the education of medical ethics for the post 90 s,the starting point must be based on the characteristics of the university students,the developing regulation of their characteristics must be respected,the ideas of education must be changed,the teaching idea of ＇students first＇ must be insisted,new methods of medical ethics education must be created,and the environment of medical ethics education must be optimized,only these can improve the practical effect of medical ethics education.
