体育产业创新人才培养模式研究——以武汉体育学院研究生创新创业培养基地建设为例

摘　　要：在考察湖北省体育产业发展市场的基础上,探讨了依托武汉体育学院研究生创新创业基地培养湖北省体育产业创业领军人才的新模式。研究认为:信托武汉体育学院研究生创新创业培养基地,为湖北省体育产业创新人才的培养具有独特优势。具体做法:人才培养要打破传统的教育模式,以基地为依托,注重实践能力培养和创新、创业精神的塑造,走市场化、产业化道路。Based on the investigation of sports industry development market in Hubei, this paper explores tile new mode in the cultivation of the leading entrepreneurship talents which is being practiced in the Innovation andf Entrepreneurship Base for sprots portgraduates in Wuhan Sports Institute. The study shows that t6he base offers unique advantage for the cultivation of entrepreneurship talents in sports industry of Hubei Province and that tranditional educational pattern should be broken and the market-oriented, industrialized route should be followed and the cultivation of practical skills and the shaping of the entrepreneurship spirit shoujld be emphasized.
