摘 要:通过问卷调查等研究方法,分析了体育特长生因过多参加训练和比赛、课外学习时间少导致文化课基础差出现的学训矛盾。研究认为,学校应该客观对待体育特长生文化课基础普遍较低这一现实,合理降低教学难度;依据体育特长生培养目标设立和完善文化课加分、降分管理办法,通过竞赛成绩折算部分学分等途径,建立专门的监督和激励机制,充分调动体育特长生参加文化课学习的自觉性和投入训练与比赛的积极性。By using questionaire, interviewing, this paper analysed the learning and training conflicts in sports student that were caused by the lack of study time, poor knowledge basis. This objective fact must be treated with rationality and the difficulty of course requirement should be reduced properly; the academic merits can be altered by taking their competition scores into consideration according to the teaching aims of sports students. Meanwhile, proper measures must be adopted to stimulate their interest in learning, and to defuse their conflicts between learning and training.
