宁心痛颗粒中挥发油β-环糊精包合物制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优选宁心痛颗粒中川芎、细辛混合挥发油成分β-环糊精(β-CD)的包合工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以川芎、细辛混合油的利用率、包合物收率为指标,考察挥发油与β-CD比例、β-CD与水量比例、包合温度、包合时间等4个因素。结果:包合物的最佳工艺条件为:β-CD与油比例6∶1,β-CD与水比例1∶6,包合温度60℃,包合时间2h。结论:优选包合工艺条件制备的包合物包合率及收率较高。Objective：To optimize the preparation technique ofβ-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of mix-volatile oils in Ligusticum chuanxiong and Herba Asari of NingXin Tong Granules.Methods：Orthogonal test was applied.With the utilize-rate of mix-volatile oil and recovery of inclusion complex as the parameters,L9（34）table was used to examine the effects of 4 factors：the proportion of mix-volatile oil andβ-cyclodextrin,the proportion ofβ-cyclodextrin and water,inclusion temperature and inclusion time.Results：The best condition was：β-cyclodextrin∶mix-volatile oil 6∶1,β-cyclodextrin∶water 1∶6,stirring for 20 hat 60℃.Conclusion：β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound preparaed by the optimal condition showed big inclusion percentage and inclusion compounds.
