摘  要:在甘蔗伸长初期,采用浓度为0、100、150、200、250mg/L赤霉素进行2次(间隔31d)叶面喷施,调查各处理甘蔗农艺性状、产量,分析各处理蔗糖品质,探讨赤霉素应用于甘蔗的最佳浓度,为推广应用提供参考依据。结果表明,250mg/L处理的单位面积蔗茎产量最高,但与其它处理之间增产差异不显著;250mg/L处理甘蔗蔗糖分最高为14.67%,分别比0、100、150、200mg/L处理高1.29、1.45、1.06、0.46个百分点;250mg/L处理单位面积含糖量最高,与CK、100、150mg/L处理间差异达显著水平,与200mg/L处理差异不明显。150、200、250mg/L处理对甘蔗品质、含糖量等具有正效应,并与处理浓度呈正比,250mg/L处理效果最佳。The different gibberellin(GA) concentration(0, 100, 150, 200, 250 mg/L) were sprayed by twice(second time after 31 days) at the early-elongation stage of sugarcane. The effect of different concentrations of GAs on agronomic traits, yield and quality of sugarcane were tested to explore the optimum concentration of GA.The results showed that the cane yield of sugarcane was the highest in 250 mg/L GA treatment, but there was no significant difference with the other treatments; the sucrose content was highest(14.67%), increased by 1.29%,1.45%, 1.06%, 0.46% in comparison with the treatments of 0, 100, 150, 200 mg/L GA; the sucrose yield was highest, and there was a significant difference with the treatments of 0, 100, 150 mg/L GA, but not 200 mg/L GA.There was a positive effect on the quality and sucrose yield of sugarcane in the treatments of 150, 200, 250 mg/L GA, and the best effect was in the treatment of 250 mg/L GA.
