摘 要:利用EMTDC/PSCAD和Matlab进行仿真实验后发现,受电容式电压互感器(CVT)暂态影响,采用传统傅氏算法,发生反方向出口故障时距离保护可能会发生超越现象,而发生正方向出口故障时保护会延迟动作,对距离保护超越的原因进行定量分析后,提出了利用改进半波傅氏算法配合提高低压距离继电器门槛值或扩大小矩形动作区范围的改进方案,解决了CVT暂态引起的距离保护超越问题,并通过仿真验证了该方案的可行性。EMTDC / PSCAD and MATLAB simulation experiment shows that using the traditional Fourier algorithm,when opposite direction export fault occurred,CVT transient may cause the phenomenon of distance protection overreach. When positive direction export fault occurred,CVT transient may cause the delay action of distance protection. With analysis of the reason for distance protection overreach,an improvement method was put forward for increasing the action threshold of distance protection or expanding the protection range of small rectangular with an improved half- wave Fourier algorithm. The problem of transient overreach was solved. And the feasibility of this method was verified.
