清化方联合生活方式干预治疗痰湿体质非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药清化方联合生活方式干预治疗痰湿体质非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)患者的临床疗效。方法:将119例痰湿质NASH患者随机分为治疗组60例,对照组59例;治疗组患者采用中药清化方联合生活方式干预(饮食调理+运动锻炼)治疗;对照组患者仅采用生活方式干预治疗。3个月为1个疗程,共治2个疗程。观察两组患者治疗后肝脏影像学变化、血清学指标和临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗6个月时,两组患者ALT、AST、TC水平比治疗前有明显下降,与本组治疗前相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗结束时治疗组总有效率为58.33%,对照组为30.51%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:中药清化方联合生活方式干预治疗痰湿体质NASH可明显改善患者肝功能、降低血脂水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Qinghua decoction combined life-style intervening and treating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis（ NASH） patients with phlegmy syndrome. Methods： One hundred and nineteen NASH patients with phlegmy syndrome were randomized into two groups. Treatment group with Qinghua formula combined life-style（ gluten-free diet and exercise） for 6 months; control group with gluten-free diet and exercise for 6 months. A period of treatment has 3 months and the treatment has 2 course of treatment. Imaging targets,biochemical and symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment. Results： After 6 months of treatment,the two group＇s ALT,AST,and level decreased,and difference between two groups（ D value） was statistically significount（ P 0. 01）,the total efficiency of two groups had statistical significance（ P 0. 01）. The treatment group better than the control group. Conclusion： Qinghua decoction combined life-style intervening and treating syndrome NASH patients with phlegmy can significantly improve the liver function,blood lipid level of patients,to improve the patients quality of life.
