摘  要:采用不同工艺参数进行H13钢热作模具的载流搅拌摩擦点焊修复,并进行显微组织、力学性能和耐磨损性能的检测与分析。结果表明,随搅拌头旋转速度、焊接电流、焊接时间的增大,修复后模具的力学性能和耐磨损性能均先增大后减小;与全新模具相比,修复后模具的抗拉强度、延伸率可增大27 MPa和2.1%,磨损体积减小37.9%。The H13 steel die was repaired by current aided friction stir spot welding with different process parameters,and the microstructure,mechanical properties and wear resistance were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the repaired die could first increase and then decrease with the increase of rotation speed,welding current and welding time,respectively.Compared with the new die,tensile strength and elongation of the repaired die could increase by 27 MPa and 2.1%,respectively,and wear resistance could decrease by 37.9%.
