摘  要:阐述了铝及其合金的五个方面焊接性特点和相应技术难点,介绍了常见铝及其合金焊接的工艺方法、原理、特点及应用情况。为了使生产一线的技术人员了解有关高效铝及其合金的焊接技术,重点介绍MIG焊的技术特点、控制模式以及目前国内外热度关注的先进焊接工艺方法及特点。根据每种焊接工艺方法的技术难度、设备投资、质量保证、人员素质、劳动者强度、产品要求等特点,提出焊接方法的选择原则。In this paper,five aspects of weldability characteristics and their corresponding technical difficulties about aluminium and its alloy are expounded and the welding process,principle,characteristics and application of common alumimum and its alloy are introduced. In order to ensure the technical person on site to understand and familiar with the welding technology of aluminium and its alloy,the technology characteristic and control mode of MIG welding as well as the hot spots of advanced welding technology methods and characteristics at home and abroad are introduced in detail. According to the technical difficulty,equipment investment,quality assurance,quality of personnel,labor intensity and product requirements of each welding method,the corresponding selection principle of welding method is proposed.
