摘　　要：分析了异种材质组成轴的焊接特性,采用CO2气体保护焊,确定焊丝直径和主要焊接工艺参数,提高工人质量意识,严格技术管理,可以确保产品质量。Welding characteristics of spindle with dissimilar materials are analyzed,CO2 gas shielded welding is used,diameter of welding wire and main welding parameters are determined. Product quality is guaranteed by improving workers＇ quality consciousness and strict technical management.
