摘　　要：介绍了制糖压榨机榨辊堆焊用CO2气保焊药芯焊丝YD602-1的技术性能指标、研究技术路线,以及药芯焊丝的配方设计和理化性能试验及应用等情况。试验结果表明,堆焊金属硬度超过HRC60,焊接工艺性能良好;应用结果表明,堆焊金属具有良好的抗裂性能和耐磨性能,其榨辊的使用寿命达到一个榨糖周期。This article introduces detailed technical property index,study technical route,compound design,physical and chemical property experiment and application of the flux cored wire YD602-1 which is a kind of FCAW wires applied to surfacing for the sugar squeezer roller. The experimental results show that the hardness of surfacing metal is more than HRC60,and the wire has excellent welding technology property; the application results show that the surfacing metal has good anti-cracking and wear-resistant properties,and the service life of the roller reaches one production cycle.
