摘　　要：目的调查亚丁湾护航舰艇编队官兵执行任务前后的心理健康水平,研究长航对护航官兵心理健康的影响。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对175名护航官兵在航行前和航行16周后进行心理测评。结果航行前,除偏执得分[(1.67+0.39)分]与军人常模[(1.67+0.63)分]差异无统计学意义外,其余各因子分均显著低于军人常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);航行16周后,除强迫和人际关系敏感得分[分别为(1.60+0.30)分和(1.67+0.28)分]差异无统计学意义外,其余各因子分均显著高于航行前[分别为(1.60+0.28)分和(1.77+0.31)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护航官兵执行任务前的心理健康水平普遍优于普通军人,但长航16周后官兵心理健康水平明显降低,应及时予以必要的干预。Objective To investigate the mental health of the commissioned and enlisted of a certain naval escort convoy both before and after deployment to the Gulf of Aden,and to explore the effects of prolonged deployment on their mental health. Methods Mental evaluation was made on 175 naval personnel both before deployment and 16 weeks after deployment by using Symptom Checklist-90（ SCL-90）. Results With the exception that paranoid scores [（ 1. 67 ＋ 0. 39） scores] before deployment were identical with the military norm [（ 1. 67 ＋ 0. 63） scores]without statistical significance,all the SCL-90 scores of the naval afloat personnel were all significantly lower than the military norm,and statistical significance could be seen when comparisons were made between them（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Sixteen weeks after deployment,the scores of all the factors were significantly higher than those before deployment[（ 1. 60＋ 0. 28） scores and（ 1. 77 ＋ 0. 31） scores respectively] and statistical difference could be noted when comparisons were made（ P〈0.01）,with the exception of the obsessive-compulsive and interpersonal sensitivity scores [（ 1. 60 ＋ 0. 30） scores and（ 1. 67 ＋ 0. 28）scores respectively]. Conclusion The mental health status of the naval escort personnel before deployment was all superior to that of normal military personnel. However,following 16 weeks of deployment at sea,the mental health status of the naval escort personnel was significantly decreased,with this reason,necessary intervention measures should be taken in a timely manner.
