摘　　要：文章基于传统跨国公司理论,以海外投资进入方式的选择与股权比例安排为视角探讨影响跨国企业对外投资模式选择的内在机制。在现有文献基础上,本文得出如下结论:为了更有效地参与全球价值链竞争,跨国企业应调整单一对外投资模式,探寻股权模式与非股权模式"双管齐下"的跨国投资新思路。Based on traditional multinational theory, this paper discusses the internal mechanism of foreigninvestment mode selection from the perspective of the traditional theories about MNCs, choices of invest-ment entry mode and proportion of equity arrangement. According to the present literature, we draw the fol-lowing conclusion： In order to be more competitive in the global value chains, MNCs should adjust the sin-gle foreign investment pattern and explore a new idea of transnational investment which works along bothownership mode and non- ownership mode.
