摘  要:以沉淀法制备半焦负载氧化铁高温煤气脱硫剂,在固定床反应装置上考察了温度、空速、水氧比对再生行为的影响,通过XRD,XPS,SET等测试手段对脱硫剂再生前后进行表征。结果表明,H2O/O2气氛下再生过程中尾气主要成分是H2S和SO2,并伴有单质硫生成,再生后脱硫剂主要组分是Fe2O3;较低的再生温度和较高的水氧比均有利于单质硫的生成,600℃,3 000h-1,和V(H2O)∶V(O2)=40∶1(φO2=2%)为水氧气氛下半焦负载氧化铁高温煤气脱硫剂的最佳再生条件,此条件对应的单质硫产率达到最大(44.4%);多次硫化/再生循环后,再生率都保持在较高水平(>98.5%),且机械强度逐渐递增,脱硫活性仍然保持较高水平。Iron oxide high temperature coal gas desulfurization sorbent supported by semi-coke was prepared with precipitation method. The influences of regeneration temperature, space veloci- ty and H2O/O2 ratio on regeneration performances were investigated in a fixed-bed quartz reac- tor. X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectrometry, scanning electron microscopy and N2 adsorptions were used to identify changes in the physical and chemical properties of the sorbents be-fore and after regeneration. The results show that in the regeneration reaction FeS reacts with H2O/O2 mixed gases to produce Fe2O3, SO2, H2S and a number of sulfur. The optimum regeneration: regeneration temperature,H2O/O2 ratio and space velocity are 600℃,40 and 3000h^-1 respectively. The maximum elemental sulfur yield can achieve 44.4% under this condition and the sorbents can be kept high regeneration rate (〉98.5%). In addition, the mechanical strength of sorbents increases gradually and the sulfidation activity is still in a high level.
