摘　　要：运用五标度法和修正系数对层次分析法进行改进。针对相控阵雷达的特点,建立相应的效能评估指标体系。使用隶属函数等方法对各指标效能进行计算,运用改进后的层次分析法对各指标权度进行计算。通过示例,对相控阵雷达系统的效能进行了综合评估,验证了方法的有效性。This paper improves AHP by five scales and revised coefficient. The evaluation index system bases on the characteristic of effectiveness evaluation on phased array radar. The paper uses membership function and so on to calculate every effectiveness of index and uses improved AHP to calculate every weight of index. Through a demonstration,the paper carrys through compositive evaluation on phased array radar system and validates the correctness of the method.
