摘  要:油气井压裂中常用的破胶剂为过硫酸铵,但该破胶剂加入过早或过多会使压裂液黏度提前损失,影响施工过程中压裂液的造缝能力;而加入的过少,又会使破胶不彻底,对油层造成残渣和滞留液体伤害。因此,为了解决这个问题,国内外的一些油气田普遍采用了胶囊破胶剂。本文介绍了一种用高分子化合物包裹制成的胶囊破胶剂,该破胶剂是利用包裹的高分子化合物的降解而释放出过硫酸铵,从而对压裂液起到破胶和降黏作用。同时还对该破胶剂的性能作了评价。与常规破胶剂相比,该破胶剂能在更高的浓度下使用,有效地降低压裂液黏度,解决压裂液携砂与破胶的矛盾。Ammonium persulfate is the common gel breaker for fracturing fluid. However, if it is added early or too much, it will make the viscosity of fracturing fluid loss in advance and will influence the width generation capacity of fracturing fluid in the process of construction. On the other hand, if it is added too less, the gel cannot be broken completely and that will produce residue and damage oil reservoir. Thus capsule gel breaker is general used in oil and gas field to solve this problem at home and abroad. This paper introduced one capsule gel breaker wrapped with macromolecular. When the polymer is degraded, it releases ammonium persulfate to break gel and decrease viscosity. At the same time, the characteristic of gel breaker was evaluated. Compared to the conventional gel breaker, this type of gel breaker can be utilized in higher concentration as well as decrease fracturing fluid effectively and resolve the contradiction between carrying sand and gel breaking validly.
