摘  要:2014年岁末,本刊记者相邀来到法国ABK集团在中国的总代理济南瑞联造纸技术有限公司,与老朋友ABK集团总经理Emmanuel AL—LIBE先生以及瑞联的总经理杨欣夫先生会面,与6年前在北京纸展专访时相比,此时的Emmanuel AL-LIBE身份有了新的变化,他既代表了ABK,又代表了刚刚对ABK完成收购的捷克Papcel集团。看到记者到来,Emmanuel AL—LIBE放下手边工作,谈起PaPCel、谈起hBK、谈起中国市场。Although Papcel group possesses the powerful competitiveness in partial regions in Asia and Europe, the strength remains to look insufficient in taking part in global competitiveness. The reason is that the product lines are many, but lack of competitiveness in medium and high end market because lack of the key technologies; entering into the international market, especially China market with the fastest development in paper industry, is too late to lose the best opportunity. Under such circumstance, Papcel decided to promote its own product grade by purchasing ABK group not only possessing the key technologies for production of high speed paper machines, but also having opened the situation in emerging markets. It is more important to achieve the target entering indirectly into the emerging markets, especially into China market.
