机油过滤纸抄纸工艺的研究

摘　　要：机油过滤纸的性能受多种因素影响,本文主要探索了打浆度、湿强剂用量、纤维原料选择及配比对机油过滤纸性能的影响。研究发现,当打浆度为20°SR、湿强剂PAE用量为1%、原料配比为针叶木浆∶阔叶木浆∶化机浆=5∶2∶3、丝光化浆用量3%时,机油过滤纸性能最好。The property of oil iflter paper is affected with different factors. In this paper was mainly explored the effects of beating degree, the dosage of wet strengthening agent, different fibers and their proportion on the properties of oil filter paper. The results showed that oil iflter paper products with good performance is made when beating degree is 20＆#176;SR, PAE dosage 1%, the ratio of softwood, hardwood and CMP is at 5︰2︰3 and mercerized pulp dosage is 3%.
