摘  要:研究了生物酶预处理对竹浆纤维改性的影响及生物酶促打浆在竹浆抄造生活用纸上的应用效果。结果表明:所选4个因素对改性效果的影响都较大。生物酶应用最佳工艺条件为:预处理时间60min、预处理温度30℃、预处理p H值7.0,生物酶用量0.025%(质量分数)。生产应用中,生物酶预处理后浆料性能得到了改善,纸张的磨浆能耗下降6.9%,横向、纵向拉力分别提高17.6%和6.5%。The influences of biological enzyme pretreatment on bamboo pulp and the application of enzyme-assisted bamboo pulp in reifning used for household paper were researched in this paper. The results show that selected four factors all have signiifcal effects on modifying result. The optimum technological conditions were obtained as follow: pulp pretreatment time 60min, pulp pretreatment temperature 30℃, pulp pretreatment pH 7.0, enzyme dosage 0.025%(mass fractions). In production trial, the pulp was improved by enzyme pretreatment, with the pulp refining energy consumption dropped by 6.9%, the tensile strength in CD and MD increased by 17.6% and 6.5% respectively.
