摘　　要：利用正交试验方法对芳纶纤维Aramid、矿渣棉与纸浆的混合纤维抄造非石棉密封垫片的配方进行了设计,选取较优配方并采用抄纸法制备出密封材料,进行了压缩回弹、密度、蠕变、抗拉强度等性能的测试。结果表明,其基本性能达到国家标准的要求,且与国外文献中的同类产品相当。Adopting an orthogonal experimental method, a formula for the mixing non-asbestos ifber with aramid ifber, mineral cotton ifber and pulp ifber, a better formula in the process of the research selected. Meanwhile, the sealing material manufactured by the papermaking methods was tested on compression rebound, density, creep, tensile strength, etc. The results proved that the basic property of the sealing gasket conforms to the national standards, and its performance could be compared to the similar products abroad.
